Соус типа Чимичурри

Reikės:
– 2 piparu pākstis
– 1 sarkanais sīpols
– 1 citrons
– 1 piparmētru buntīte
– 1 pētersīļu buntīte
– 1 diļļu buntīte
– 1 karote cukurs
– 0,5 tējkarote sāls
– 150 ml laba olīveļļa

Стручковый перец очищаем ножом для чистки картофеля. Затем нарезаем его вместе с луком на маленькие кубики, измельчаем зелень.

Все выкладываем в миску, выжимаем лимонный сок, насыпаем сахар, соль и все перемешиваем.

Если не хватает соли – добавляем еще, а в конце заливаем маслом.

Этот соус лучше всего готовить по меньшей мере за час до еды.
